Sun East's Online Bill Pay system is provided by Metavante, a national leader in providing electronic payment and presentment. To contact Metavante to research a payment, please call (877) 855-4263. All other bill payment account issues such as funding account, change of address, etc. should be directed to Sun East at (610) 485-2960 or (800) 451-4204.
Email Notifications
As an Online Bill Pay subscriber, you will receive various emails from Metavante at suneastbillpayer@billsupport.com notifying you of activity on your account or reminding you to set up your account if you haven't used it in a while. These emails range from Welcome to Bill Pay to a bill has arrived. Some emails you can control by going to My Payees within Online Bill Pay and clicking on Change within the E-mail Notifications column.
