Sun East Federal Credit Union does not send email to anyone who is not a Sun East member, and will NEVER solicit personal information via email, mail or phone.
As an added security precaution, Sun East emails are sent with an Email Key (verification code). This key is listed on the bottom of every email sent and can be verified by logging in to Internet Banking or contacting the Credit Union. The only emails that would not contain an email key would be emails you receive directly from an employee you are working with and would expect to receive an email from or emails sent from our Bill Payment System. Emails from our Online Bill Pay system come from suneastbillpayer@billsupport.com and include an 877 phone number to call for assistance.
