SUNNY Instructions

The Automated Teller System

You must use a "touch-tone" telephone.
CALL: (610) 485-6800 or (800) 724-8022.

Note: You must follow all entries by keying the #.

The Main Menu will ask you if you want:

  • "SUNNY" The Automated Teller System
    Press 1 #
  • 24-Hour Person-To-Person Loan Center
    Press 2 #
    *You will be transferred to a live representative
  • Credit Union Operator
    Press 3 #
Then:
  • To access Checking, Share, Certificate & Loan Rates
    Press 2 #
  • For Share, IRA, Money Market & Certificate Rates
    Press 1 #
  • For Loan Rates
    Press 2 #
At this point, you can make a selection. Then follow the directions

  • Branch Hours & Locations
    Press 3 #
  • General Help
    Press * #
  • Disconnect
    Press 0 #
  • For an Account Representative
    Press * 0 #
HOW TO USE Your Sun East Automated Phone System

Enter your 6-digit account number

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
NOTE: Please do not write your
[ ][ ][ ][ ] ##
PIN in this booklet.

Note: You MUST follow all entries by keying # to signal the computer to give you the next transaction.

At this point you can enter a transaction code or press * # for a HELP menu.

NOTICE: If you need a PIN or can't remember it, call the Credit Union at (610) 485-2960 or (800) 451-4204.

To Change Your PIN:
This must be done when you are requested to give your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Enter * after you enter your present PIN, then insert your new PIN and a #

Automated Teller System will verify your new PIN number.

You will then be asked - is this correct?
If correct enter #
If incorrect enter 0 #

To Hear Last Spoken Message
