Sun East members can choose to receive their monthly and/or
quarterly statements via e-mail by signing up for E-Statements. This
free service provides convenient and secure access to your statements from any
where at any time.
On the first of the month or quarter, you will receive an e-mail
to the e-mail address you provide letting you know that your
E-Statements are available. Click on the link and enter your pin
number and you're in. You can choose to download the statements to
your hard drive or print them out for your records. If you choose
not to do anything, your E-Statements will be stored for you on our
secure system for up to 12 months. You can access your E-Statements
anytime by visiting our website, clicking on Online
Services, and then E-Statements
Log-in. They will be there when you need them.
When you first sign up for E-Statements you will receive both an
E-Statement and a paper statement for the first mailing immediately
following your enrollment. After that initial mailing, you will only
receive E-Statements.
You must have a version of Adobe Acrobat to view your statements.
You can download a version of Adobe Reader for free by going to www.adobe.com and clicking on Get Adobe Reader.
