In addition, immediate family members(parents, siblings, children, etc.) of an eligible member can also join Sun East. To begin taking advantage of all Sun East has to offer, complete our membership application and mail it to the address at the top of the application.

How can my organization join? It's simple! All you have to do is complete the Membership Request Letter, print it out on your company letterhead, and mail it to the address on the letter, or you can call us to request a membership prospectus. Fill in all lines, noting your:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Home and Business telephone numbers
- Email address
- Full address, including zip code. If a P.O. Box # is used, you must also supply a physical address in the residence box.
- Employer and joint owner name
- Name of family members and relationship
After filling in the boxes, print the form using your browser's print command.
After reading the Share Account Agreement Disclosure and W9 Information Certification, sign the form, making sure to include your driver's license number.
If this particular savings account is to be joint, all indivuduals authorized to withdraw from it must sign and indicate their driver's license number and social security number on the lines provided.
Please note that a $5 deposit is required with your application to open your savings account.
Mail your completed form and initial $5 deposit (no cash, please) to:

- Select overdraft coverage priority
If not changed, the overdraft coverage will be S1-Savings, S9-Vacation Club, S8-Holiday club After filling in the boxes, print the form using your browser's print command.
After reading the Share Draft Agreement with Overdraft Transfer Clause, sign the form, making sure to include your driver's license number.
Please note that deposit is required with your application to cover the cost of printing your checks.

- Name of the primary account owner
- Complete address
- Home phone number
- If there is a joint-owner on the account and they wish to have a card, fill in their name and have them sign at the bottom.
- Enter the number of cards desired.
- SELECT YOUR FOUR DIGIT Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Sign and date on the appropriate lines.
