Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Account

Important Notice

Credit Card access is currently unavailable while Sun East transitions to a new credit card processor. Online payments will be temporarily suspended between 8/20/20 and 8/23/20. Access will be restored on 8/24/20. If you have questions, please call us at 877-5-SUNEAST.

Your Sun East credit card is being reissued in August 2020. New updates and improved features are being rolled out and there are steps you must take (see below) to ensure uninterrupted service.

Our new Mastercard EMV credit card system will allow us to serve our members more efficiently, as well as offer new, innovative card products and services in the future.

Your credit card account number will change.

Your current card will be good through 8/23/2020.
Activate and start using the new card 8/24/2020.

Your new card will be mailed out on 8/13/2020 so you will receive it before the upgrade on 8/24/2020.

Upon receiving your new card, follow these steps for uninterrupted service:

LoGGING In to access your NEW Credit Card Through Your Online Banking Account is easier than ever!

The location in the Online Banking toolbar is changing to give you more streamlined access to your information. You will now have quicker, more direct access to your credit card statements, transactional information and ScoreCard® Rewards.

 

A whole New Dashboard!

With our refined new dashboard, access to your information and tools are right at your fingertips!

 

Look for your new and Improved statements!

Our new statements have enhanced readability and more robust summary information so that you can better understand your credit card information without having to search for it.

Your ability to access your old credit card statements through Online Banking will be deactivated on 8/21/2020 as we transition to a new credit card processor. On 8/24/2020, you will be able to access your new credit card account through Online Banking. Look for the Credit Card tab on the Online Banking home screen. This is where you can enroll to set up eStatements, make credit card payments, and view account transactions.

If you wish to save past credit card statements, they must be downloaded, saved, or printed for your personal files prior to 8/21/2020, as they will be unavailable after that date.

Online payments will be temporarily suspended from 4:00 pm on 8/20/2020 until 8:00 am on 8/24/2020 while we go through our system upgrade. If you need payment assistance during that period, please call Member Service at 877-5-SUNEAST during normal business hours.

Enroll in Online Banking or download our Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play.

 

What about my rewards? Do I need to redeem my earned points now?

  • Our rewards program is upgrading too! The new program is called ScoreCard® Rewards. You can earn Bonus Points for every qualifying net dollar you spend that can be redeemed for awards on www.ScoreCardRewards.com. No points are earned for finance charges, cash advances, balance transfers, convenience checks, foreign transaction currency conversion charges, or insurance charges posted to the account.
  • All existing CURewards points will be moved to our new ScoreCard® Rewards program. ScoreCard® Rewards has top brand name items. You can turn your purchases into unbelievable vacation getaways, valuable services, and once in a lifetime experiences. ScoreCard® Rewards has it all!
