To assist those who may be experiencing a temporary financial hardship, Sun East is offering an array of Member Assistance Options designed to help you maintain a solid financial footing during this crisis.

Short-Term, Low-Rate, Temporary Relief Loan
No Payment for 60 Days!

  • 2.99% APR* with 24 month repayment term; minimum $500 up to $3,000
  • 1st payment deferred for 60 days from loan closing date
  • Please provide letter from your employer outlining how your hours at work have been impacted or if self-employed, provide a copy of your most recent business banking statement

Consumer Loan Payment Deferral

If you’re having trouble making an existing Sun East consumer loan payment on time, due to employment disruption in the wake of COVID-19, please send a letter with:

  • Your name, account number, and phone number
  • An explanation of the hardship you’re facing
  • A letter from your employer outlining how your hours at work have been impacted or if self-employed, provide a copy of your most recent business banking statement

Once all documentation is collected, please submit via one of the following options and you’ll receive a response within 48 business hours:

Eliminate the Line and Save Time with Digital Banking Services

In order to reduce wait times, drive-thru access should be used for ESSENTIAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY. In an effort to maintain timely service for all and ease congestion at the Aston drive-thru, members also have access to the Concordville and Nottingham drive-thru lanes as well as the Mobile Branch Unit (MBU). To improve efficiency at drive-thru lines, Sun East encourages members to stay home, stay safe, and stay connected through digital banking services.

Enroll in online banking or, download our mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play, and gain access to a variety of services right at your fingertips so you don’t have to leave home:

  • Transfer Funds
  • Pay Bills
  • Make Loan Payments
  • View Your Statements
  • Review Account History
  • Submit a Stop Payment Form
  • Deposit Checks on a web enabled device, by simply taking a photo; we’ve also increased daily and monthly deposit limits
